Marist Son-Rise Breakfast CANCELLED due to Coronavirus concerns
We hope to reschedule to a date to be confirmed.

We warmly invite parents/carers/significant family members and students from Year 4-12 at Marist College Canberra to attend our 2020 Son-Rise Breakfast. The guest speaker will be former Marist parent Denis O'Brien.

Ticket Price:
$10.00 per adult  
$10.00 per student (you need to book and pay for your son to attend)
Includes hot buffet breakfast, tea, coffee and juice.  Gluten free and vegetarian options will be available on the day.

RSVP:
5 pm Tuesday 24 March 2020 for all online bookings.  

Guest Speaker:    Mr Denis O'Brien

Denis is the father of one daughter and four boys who graduated from Marist.  He was a partner of Minter Ellison before his appointment by the Howard Government to head the Migration and Refugee Review Tribunals.  Denis was later the Chief Lawyer of the Truth Justice and Healing Council, overseeing the response of the Catholic Church to the Royal Commission into Institutional Responses to Child Sexual Abuse.  He is active in his faith at Parish of Mary Help of Christians and is a member of the Sing Australia Choir.

Parking:
Please park on Marr Street or park in the asphalt or dirt car park to your left as you enter Gate No 1.  Please do not park in the bus bays or staff parking areas.
