In Zone Enrolment Meeting (One Registration Per Student)

Please note, this is for In Zone students ONLY. Out of Zone Enrolment Meetings will take place after the ballot is drawn in September.

For the In Zone Enrolment Meeting, please ensure you bring a copy of your proof of address and photo identification (see HERE for more information) along with the following forms completed:
 

  • Enrolment Form

  • Year 9 Modules Selection Form

  • Capabilities Form

  • Co-Curriculum Form

  • Gifted and Talented Form (optional)

  • A sporting CV if student is applying for Sport in Education (optional)

At least one legal guardian MUST attend WITH the child
