Over the school holidays, Year 8 student Georgia achieved remarkable success at the Traditional Irish Dancing of New Zealand National Championships, securing her 5th National Title.

In addition to this outstanding accomplishment, Georgia was awarded the 2025 TIDA Scholarship, chosen by International Adjudicators, which will allow her to compete at a major international event next year.

This is the second time Georgia has received this prestigious scholarship, an honour that can only be achieved twice in a dancer's career, making it a significant milestone in her dancing journey.

Georgia's achievements highlight her dedication, skill, and passion for Irish dancing, and the school community congratulates her on this incredible success.
