On Friday night, Marsden's performing arts leaders attended the show What the World Needs Now at BATS Theatre, a production created by Freaky Friday director Alex McKellar.

Ari (Y13) and Kate (Y12) were part of the team working the tech desk for the show, having been offered a paid internship. Both students have spoken about how much they have enjoyed learning from professionals and gaining hands-on experience in the theatre industry.

The evening was also a special occasion as they saw Old Girl Lizzie Summers performing in the cast, highlighting the ongoing connection between Marsden alumni and the performing arts community.
