Last week, Marsden hosted its annual Music Festival, bringing together students from Years 1 to 10 for two days of immersive musical learning, collaboration, and performance.

Throughout the festival, students participated in engaging workshops and rehearsals, refining their skills and enjoying the opportunity to collaborate with peers across year levels. The two days provided a wonderful chance for students to learn from one another and from Marsden's talented music tutors.

The festival concluded with a concert on Friday afternoon, where students proudly showcased their dedication and creativity to family and friends. The performance reflected the hard work, talent, and teamwork of all our young musicians.

A huge thank you to Jenny Gould, our Music Specialist, for her exceptional organisation and energy in leading the festival. We also extend our gratitude to the music tutors who supported the students: Glenda, Brenton, Karen, Michelle, Chris, Jo, Annabelle, Marian, Michael, Mark, Darryn, Emma, and Madeleine.
