Marsden Primary students enjoyed an entertaining afternoon of culture on Thursday as they attended the Royal New Zealand Ballet's performance of The Nutcracker. The event followed on from last week's ballet workshops, where students had the opportunity to learn directly from the dancers.

It was a special experience to see the connections formed between our students and the performers, with many delighted to recognise the dancers they had worked with. The performance showcased remarkable strength, discipline, and grace — qualities we nurture and value in our Primary learners.

The afternoon offered not only artistic inspiration but also a chance for students to see how creativity, dedication, and practice come together in a professional performance.
